1. Document & visa preparation
Degree recognition check, employment contract review, VFS appointment and complete visa file — prepared together with your HR and mobility team.
2. Arrival & first week
Airport pickup on request, furnished temporary accommodation, bank account and city registration (Anmeldung).
3. Settling in
Permanent home search, utilities, school and kindergarten places, and orientation on Indian grocery stores, temples and communities nearby.
4. Permits & renewals
EU Blue Card or residence permit filing, family reunification, renewals and deadline monitoring for the full assignment.
